1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and BE EASY ENTERPRISES LLC ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the beeasyenterprises.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.

2. Federal Government Specific Terms

For users who are federal government agencies or contractors, the following additional terms apply:

2.1 FedRAMP Compliance

Our services are designed to comply with Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) requirements. We maintain appropriate security controls and documentation as required by FedRAMP guidelines. Specific compliance documentation is available upon request for authorized government personnel.

2.2 Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Compliance

Our services to federal agencies are provided in accordance with applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses. These clauses are incorporated by reference in any formal contract or agreement with federal agencies.

2.3 Government Rights in Data

For any data or deliverables provided to the U.S. Government, the Government's rights in such data shall be determined in accordance with the applicable FAR and agency FAR supplement clauses.

2.4 NIST Compliance

Our services are designed to align with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publications, including but not limited to NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Site Content

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, international copyright laws, and international conventions.

The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site "AS IS" for your information and personal use only. 3.2 Your License

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
