Federal buyers rely on precise language. On this page, “aligned” means we design our practices and advisory services around a framework; it is not a certification, authorization, or third-party attestation. We will not call BE EASY “certified”, “authorized”, or “compliant” with a program unless an accepted assessment or authorization supports the claim.
| Framework | Relevance | Our posture | Third-party attestation |
|---|---|---|---|
| NIST SP 800-171 / DFARS 252.204-7012, -7019, -7020, -7021 | Protecting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in contractor systems | Aligned; readiness work in progress | None held at this time |
| CMMC 2.0 | DoD certification requirement phased into contracts | Readiness-oriented; we advise customers on CMMC preparation | No CMMC certificate held at this time |
| NIST SP 800-53 / Risk Management Framework | Federal system control catalog and authorization process | Aligned in how we deliver RMF, ATO, and control-assessment support | Not applicable to our own business systems |
| NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 | Common outcome-based language for governance and risk | Aligned for program structure and reporting | None; self-directed |
| FedRAMP | Authorization of cloud services used by federal agencies | We support customers' authorization efforts; we are not a cloud service provider | No FedRAMP authorization held; not a FedRAMP 3PAO |
| FISMA | Statutory information-security requirements for federal agencies | Aligned in the services we deliver to agencies | Not applicable to us as a contractor except by contract |
| FAR 52.204-21 | Basic safeguarding of federal contract information | Aligned; applied to our business systems | None held; self-assessed |
| ISO/IEC 27001 and 27005 / ISO 31000 | International security-management and risk standards | Used as reference for program and risk practices | No ISO certificate held |
| Section 508 / WCAG 2.1 AA | Accessibility of electronic and information technology | Website designed to conform; tested with automated tooling | No third-party audit or VPAT published yet |
Business registration details can be confirmed independently in SAM.gov: UEI GXNPECLJN3Q2, CAGE 12PK6. See our Federal Contracting page for NAICS and PSC codes.
We treat independent assessment as the way to turn alignment into assurance. Where a customer or solicitation requires an assessment score, certification, or authorization, we pursue it through the accepted route for that program and share results with the contracting officer as the contract requires. We update this page when our status changes.
